“We brought our 20 yr old cat in to have him checked out. The vet told us he was quite ill and in kidney failure and should have him put down. We made arrangements the next day to bring him in to be euthanized. The staff was helpful and supportive. They had a room prepared for us and allowed us to stay with our kitty as long as we wanted after the procedure. They have a pawprint memorial to send us, which we are looking forward to since this was a cherished pet for our family. I would highly recommend Southside.“

“Nothing but good things to say about this location. Sent my kitty, Cheeb, here after discovering he had a UTI. (He's prone to them) I've had my boy since he was a kitten back in 2014 and seeing him in pain gutted me. I didn't want my boy to suffer but I wasn't sure where to go. Thankfully, I sent my boy to Blackbob and they took such amazing care of him. We've got a new baby at home so funds are tight, but Blackbob worked with us financially so that we could care for our sweet boy. I am so grateful for the care they extended to our Cheeby. He was nothing but purrs when he got home, and I could tell he felt so much better. Thank you for your wonderful care, Blackbob. My family and Cheeby boy appreciate it <3“
