Everyone is very friendly, they have taken good care of my Ginea pig when I have taken her to cut her nails, the only thing that is very expensive from 24 dollars has risen to 30 dollars in less than 6 months

All around, their service and staff are great. Dr. Platt is very kind and good with my lil toy poodle. They've had some issues over the last year with my invoices (charging me twice for things) and with forgetting to give me medications that I requested (just not putting them in the bag), but they've always quickly righted these mistakes when I've brought them to their attention. They're very busy people, all things considered, so these little oversights are easy to understand! I'm glad we chose Southside.

We started taking our dog, Marley to Dr. Wolf recently and she has been fantastic to work with. She is very patient and answers all of our questions. Marley is a bit high needs and we have full confidence in Southside to take care of her and keep her healthy for years to come!
