When I first arrived at the clinic the receptionist was very attentive and helpful not just to me but to other customers as well. Dr. Resin was kind and professional she took the time as well as the rest of her technicians. Loranie was quick at getting the X-rays and kind and professional as well as Abbie the hygienist did a superb job at cleaning my teeth. I appreciate the staff and Nicole for getting my insurance and payment plan together. I needed a crown on a broken tooth and I was blessed to get that and the cleaning down in one day.?❤️??

Dr. Fechner, and DA Drew were amazing! They took their time, were extremely kind and professional. They took the time to explain everything that was happening and very thorough. They made me feel vey comfortable and at ease. I cannot recommend them enough!Nicole at the front desk was very helpful in taking me through all my financial options.Overall I felt the care was very personalized and professional. I am excited to continue my dental care with Olathe Smiles Dentistry.

I just love these people. Everyone involved in my MANY dental procedures have been nothing but friendly and professional. If they say I need a procedure, I never entertain wanting a 2nd opinion because I trust theirs. I think they could have suggested additional work to run up the bill but they never have. In fact, when I thought the easiest resolution to my tooth pain would be to just take it out, they explained the reasons why this would not be a good idea for me and got me on the road to where the pain is gone but I still have the tooth. You have to have complete trust in a patient / dentist relationship and they have mine.
