The service manager took care of my daughters battery problem in a professional manner. He intervened and solved the issue which made everyone happy. By doing this he created a customer that will tell everyone of how customers should be treated!

We purchased a brand new Jeep Wrangler from this location in 2023. I have a lease and unfortunately get my maintenance here. The oil changes are SLOW but free-that is the reason for the 2 stars instead of 1. The service workers are constantly short staffed, not their fault, management please staff up and do better. Due to short staffing they are very grumpy and never want to address any issues that we bring up. Don’t even get me started on the extended warranty we were told would cover everything and really covers nothing. Buy a car elsewhere!

Went here to buy a vehicle that I had been looking for and everything went good with trade and financing. Went back 3 weeks later to buy another vehicle and wasn't treated very Good as far as trade in ( was shorted what the trade was worth) and finance (brought my own financing with me) was neglected a rebate due to me having financing worked out already.
