Kellen did an amazing job installing our new water system and he thoroughly explained each step and how the water system works. Installation service was very quick and seamless! Kellen also fixed a leaky pipe we previously had when he found it during the installation process, which was much appreciated! I would highly recommend this water system/company to others and I would also highly recommend Kellen for installation and plumbing services!

Was looking into doing this. Applie for the stuff to get done. They told me it was going to be 1 soft pull credit check. Turns out that was a lie. Was 2 HARD credit checks. Wrecked my credit and now the company refuses to reply or even take responsibility for their lies. Now I’m stuck with 2 unauthorized hard credit checks wreaking having on credit. Do not trust this company!

My neighbors hired them and they dug on my property without permission and tore my sprinkler system up and still have not corrected it. I have a video of them admitting they tore it up and knew for a week before I knew. Still not fixed and not even contacted by a manager.

Please do not waste your time or money on this system. It sounds great in theory, but after having it for several months, there are so many negatives. Oftentimes the water from the ro system smells like fish and has a bad after taste. The filtration system's salt brine often gets clogged and you have to declogg it at minimum every two days. They may get you with the cleaning products that are free for 5 years.The cleaning products do not work very well. Then, if you get the air filter system, the filters constantly don't work. On top of it, it's very hard to get ahold of somebody to come out and fix. Overall, the system is way overpriced for what you get. We are going to ask them to come take the system and everything back to see if we no longer have to pay on this horrible water filtration system, please do your research.

The salesman lied to us about the total cost saying that once all payments are made and it's paid off, how much will we have paid for our water filtration+under sink RO system? His answer was "Right around $10,000". Come to find out it's a little over $25,000 with financing and fees etc. which my wife signed the contract for without realizing how much it was going to be and I refused to sign it once I realized the salesman lied. We were in the process of building a new house right in front of our house at the time, so we asked if they'll transfer the undersink part to the new house and he said "Oh yes, we'll send somebody out to move it to your new house free of charge just give them a call when you at least have the sinks in." Well the house is finished now, I called and I was told that it's around $1,000 to move it to the new house! I wish we never would've been inside Home Depot and agreed to their salesman's "We can come test your water for free!" pitch. Unless they do something huge to make up for their liar of a salesman, I will continue telling people to stay far away from this company.

Nathan and Justin came and installed our The EcoWater ERR3700R20 is a whole-house water refiner, and the RO System. They were professional, answered the MULTIPLE questions I had and were super patient throughout the process.
They also brought our deluxe air from health way air cleaner (model 20600-3l and the LSP soap pack. We are super happy with the whole experience, from the water testing to the install and after!
Everyone made sure we knew we could call or reach out for any questions or concerns. We feel very comfortable with the company and have made a customer for life!!!
