I’m so glad we signed up for their yearly maintenance program. This year we had Sam for our technician. He was personable, knowledgeable, thorough and patient to make sure we understood what our system needed. We were very impressed with his expertise.

Competent ,knowledge but pricey. Tech was late to the appointment and had to come next day to finish the job. They charged three separate fees, service call fee, labor fee and diagnosis fee, which was little confusing. Their refrigerant rate was more than double then a competitor ( $ 210 per lbs for R-410) which substantially increased the cost of repair. The tech was knowledgeable and diagnose the issue/leak in evaporator coil, however would get second estimate from competitor to ensure being offered a fair price.
