We are some issues with bats in our attic and Roberto came out and did a great job assessing the situation and providing some facts about bats. He had more personal experience that put my family at ease and was able to determine a better solution than another company we used initially. Highly recommend Midway and Roberto!

Very quick response time to online inquiry. Efficient communication with office with dates and times adjusted to suit my schedule.
On day of inspection technician arrived on time with courtesy call and text to update me before arrival. Through inspection, very professional technician who did not try to upsell unnecessary treatments.
Practical advice was given to us and the inspection fee will go toward future treatments if we decide to go on that direction. I would refer anyone to this business!
