Notable improvement on practices! Transparency was applied in changes in prescription, pricing and options. Making an appointment was difficult through their service ,so I walked in and scheduled.
This is the best vision center I've been to. I love the front office staff; they are pleasant and helpful and always want to be sure our needs are met. They were a huge help when I was looking for frames that fit my budget and were still cute. And Dr. Marr has been fantastic. After years of not being able to wear contacts (after going from single vision to multi-focal) I can. I never feel rushed during my appointments with him and I feel like he really wants to figure out the best solution to whatever my eye issues are. Highly recommend this office!
The staff is absolutely wonderful! They treat you like an old friend! Every time I walk in they greet me like they remember who I am and we chit chat while I’m waiting for whatever I’m there for! My kids loved going there before COVID because they could play and be loud and not be in trouble! The staff even played with them a couple of times while I was getting an exam done. Thanks Insight! You guys rock!!!
