Dr Galbrecht is wonderful! Been seeing her for a few years and my husband has seen her for like 10 years. Always get informed on what’s going on, gives us the best recommendations and really cares about her patients. Always makes the visits to pleasant and enjoy chatting with her. However, the staff isn’t very friendly and unfortunately had to deal with a rude receptionist who seemed put out when I was trying to get my husband in to be seen for an emergency. Dr. Galbrecht was wonderful though and got my husband in at a specialist in the same day so another reason why we love Dr. Galbrecht!
I loved the doctor and technician, they were a delight and the reason I recommend this office. The receptionist on the other hand, an older, bitter lady, was snarky and rude. First, she had an issue looking up my insurance using my card with child's name on it instead of mine when I've never had an issue anywhere else. Second, and most importantly, her suble racism was totally unappreciated. I have a long, hyphenated last name and when she brought it up, I mentioned to her that being Hispanic we have two last names. She proceeded to roll her eyes and said I should just pick one. For the future, some comments should be kept to yourself at the risk of sounding ignorant. Also, I've just found that another reason to love my name is that it irritates people like her 😉
