Arrived on time and job was complete in an hour: 2 small bedrooms and and an area rug vacuumed, steam cleaned, pet treated and deodorizer plus carpet protection treatment. Great value for the money. I feel like our carpet has been given new life --- it looks SO much better. Our first time using Heartland. We will use them again and would not hesitate to recommend this company. Getting ready to move, booked an appointment and they were right on time. Only took about 45 minutes for 4 areas. Pricing was exactly as stated online, there were no surprise fees. The two gentleman who came in were very polite and professional. The carpets look as good as when we moved in 3 years ago and we have 3 big dogs (German Shepherd, Rottweiler, and Doberman).
