Mr. Samuel with Royal Tree Service we were trimming a clients trees and incidentally damaged a deck board on a high-end composite deck. We contacted the original deck builder, which was Hankins Decks!
They were kind and helpful. Give us all the information we need if we wanted to fix it ourselves and also gave us a fair price to repair it if we did not have the time….
Well, we ended up not having the time so they went and fixed it and they were very communicative and easy to work with.
I recommend this decking company each time I contact them. They contacted me the same day again.
