TOP TIER dental care for my child with extreme anxiety, ADHD & ODD. I've struggled with getting my daughter to brush her teeth, let alone dental care. Due to her tearful meltdowns, panic attacks and noncompliance, she's been kicked out of every dental office I've tried, her entire childhood. She is now a teenager with major restorative needs. To complicate things, most dental offices refused to sedate her in office due to her allergic reactions, asthma and age. My husband and 4 year old have not stopped talking about their trip to the dentist today 7/1/26! They were the only dentist office in town open still answering calls after 4:00pm when I got off work the day prior and had to get our 4 year old in very promptly. The receptionist was very informative and got us in next day to accommodate our emergent dental needs. Dr. John Fales and his team get it when it comes to working with young children and families. I am more than happy with our experience and their on site therapy dog won over my families hearts. First, they got us in same day which was great since my 4yo was in some pain and we needed to get it handled quickly.
I also liked how quickly they handled the appointment and the cost out of pocket was less than other nearby dentists. Dr. was really kind and attentive. Only criticism is they don’t have payment plans which made it tricky for my situation where I have no insurance.
