My husband and 4 year old have not stopped talking about their trip to the dentist today 7/1/26! They were the only dentist office in town open still answering calls after 4:00pm when I got off work the day prior and had to get our 4 year old in very promptly. The receptionist was very informative and got us in next day to accommodate our emergent dental needs. Dr. John Fales and his team get it when it comes to working with young children and families. First, they got us in same day which was great since my 4yo was in some pain and we needed to get it handled quickly.
I also liked how quickly they handled the appointment and the cost out of pocket was less than other nearby dentists. Dr. was really kind and attentive. Only criticism is they don’t have payment plans which made it tricky for my situation where I have no insurance.
I have taken some time to think through mine and my son's experience at Fales. I wanted to keep quiet but for the sake of the parents with special needs children I had to say something so that hopefully this situation can be corrected.
First of all, Dr. Fales is God sent. What an amazing doctor with a heart of gold! He has opened his practice to children with special needs and conrinues to treat them into adulthood and beyond. He educates you on what you can do to ensure good dental health for your loved one. He is also compassionte and patient.
