Freida was amazing at helping my family today! Shane was going out of town so he gave me Freida's number and said she could help. She was not only able to assist, but immediately! She stayed in contact with me the whole time and met with me within the hour and she was coming to Olathe from Lawrence. She was driving and pulled over multiple times to do whatever research was needed and made it all so EZ for me! If the jail themselves hadn't taken so long, we would have been in and out of there.
