This is the third or fourth time I have visited this particular Concentra offices, and as always, the staff was very attentive, professional, and helpful. This time I had to wait a little longer than usual, which sometimes happens and is understandable. However, once I was called in, everything moved quickly and efficiently. Overall, it was a good experience and quality service.
Went in for a workplace physical and TB test, staff was incredibly helpful and I was seen quickly! Check in and out was a simple process, should I need to do this again, I'd happily come back!
Ok let me start by saying, I’ve been to other Concentra locations and not at all happy . From staff to facilities were sub standard.
This location however was so far and above the others it’s like it’s not even the same company!
To start with the cleanliness was immediately obvious. Then the Staff was cheerful and professional, unlike the others ( and I mean all of the others I’ve been to) where the staff acted like they were doing me a favor by even being there.
