Brenden was my service rep and he was great, kept me updated on my car and was polite the whole time.”

Zach and the team did a great job keeping in touch with me throughout the process, and Zach made sure to reach out to the insurance company to let them know about additional damages that needed to be repaired while I didn't have to worry about that either. Zach also made sure to do another walkaround with me after the repairs to make sure everything looked good.
Sarah was great about answering my questions when I called and very friendly and professional when assisting me in person. My vehicle is running better after the repairs, and they even finished a day ahead of time. Sarah also informed me that if I have any issues with the parts in the future, or even think I may have issues, to bring it back in to any Crash Champions as the new parts are under a lifetime warranty.
