Everyone here is SUPER kind and professional. Wrex has a grapefruit+ sized tumor on his hip that is necrotic & has broken through the skin. And smells horrible. This is the 3rd vet to look at the tumor. Even though they weren't comfortable removing it, they referred us to K State very promptly. They also cleaned it, took an aspiration for a superficial check on the contents, x-rayed him to make sure it had not metastasized. They gave us important information that helped us decide to keep working to save our dog.
I brought Max in after a visit to the emergency vet the day before. Dr. Rome was amazing and her tech (Tina I believe) as well. Dr.Rome was compassionate and explained everything very clearly. She answered all my questions and made a plan that was as easy to follow as possible. Dr. Farleigh addressed some concerns I had a couple days later and was also very clear about what to expect during Max’s illness.The front office staff was also warm and friendly. This office is everything I could want for my pets.
After our veterinarian Retired, we tried several new offices. They all seemed very corporate and businessy. Then we tried Bradford Pet hospital. Every single person that Works there, has made us feel very cared for….. From the moment we walk in !!!! And Dr Boldridge Is exceptional. We have three older dogs that are needing a lot of care. Never do I feel like he is pushing anything on us. He takes his time, educates us, and lets us make all the decisions.. He takes so much time visiting with us, and is very genuine in his care of our dogs. That means the world to us.!
