“I can't say enough sincerely great things about this place! I'm a widow on fixed income & have been reinforced today about my choice in using this practice. My sweet little dog had to have her teeth cleaned & I asked them to look at 4 bumps of concern to see if they needed removing while under anesthesia. As a lay individual, I'd have no idea as to the validity of what they would recommend. Soon after dropping my dog off, I got a phone call from Dr. Thomas. She told me NONE of the spots I'd been concerned about appeared to be questionable. To say I was floored was an understatement. She or her staff could have easily suggested otherwise & I would have been out the money for removal. So, I'm reinforced with my decision to seek care here & am honored such ethical & moralistic people exist at this facility. From the front staff to the veterinarians...my utmost respect. Hats off to the good souls still left in this world!“

“I just recently started coming here within the last few months because I wanted a new primary physician for my two cats and hadn't found one I was willing to call my veterinary team yet. I remembered living nearby in the past and how highly recommended they were by neighbors, so I started bringing my kitten here for his follow up shots and wellness checks. I wish I could remember the name of his vet, but can only brag about how loving and gentle she was to him! I had already decided after his two first kitten appointments that this would be the place I'd call home. It's affordable and every staff member shows so much love and care for every animal that walks through their doors.

To that point, my elderly cat (who had never been to this vet before) had taken up ill this last week and on a whim I called (and immediately started crying, worried about my cat) asking if there was a free appointment slot this last tuesday (day of). The person who answered the phone, Jenny, was the most KIND receptionist I've ever had the genuine pleasure of speaking with. She heard me start crying and told me "I'm here for you", which meant a world of difference for me in that moment. She then got with the vets and tried to switch around schedules to get my cat in ASAP, then promptly called me back, found a different day to schedule, gave me all the information I needed to feel good about keeping my kitty home for another day, and recommended urgent cares I could take her to for peace of mind if waiting a day would be harder for me. The compassion shown just in that interaction meant a world of difference. and calmed me down significantly.

At my cat's appointment yesterday, I told Dr. Wallis that I was worried about my cat's symptoms but only had about $400 to my name to take care of my kitty at that point in time. She was wildly understanding and very quickly worked up a treatment plan that worked for my budget but that would also do everything reasonably possible to help my cat in that moment. She stuck to it, didn't try to upsell anything (as others have mentioned for some reason), and it was finished within the hour. She got my cat exactly what she needed within the hour and I'm here writing this review right now because my cat is already back to acting more like herself thanks to the compassion and expertise she showed us. I could jump for joy seeing her already improving and knowing that my cat is in such good hands every time I'm there.

All in all, I moved to Kansas City and still drive to this veterinary office because the quality of care I've received every time I've been here has been genuine and phenomenal every time I've set foot inside, from the front desk to the doctors and everyone in between. You will not find another practice that cares so genuinely about your pets that is so understanding and reasonable on price anywhere that I can think of. I can't thank every staff member here enough for the love and relief they've brought me in the few months since I've made it my primary clinic.

“I brought my two dogs in for the first time and was beyond impressed with Falcon Valley Animal Hospital. First of all, when I called to request a first-time appointment for my dogs, I was offered times within that same week! The entire staff was so caring and professional, even offering help to hold my dogs’ leashes as I paid and gathered paperwork at the end of the visit. I was provide quotes very promptly when inquiring about medications and was provided a thorough explanation of what to expect out of the visit. I was brought back to an exam room immediately upon arrival and my dogs were seen soon thereafter. I am happy we made the switch to Falcon Valley Animal Hospital!“
