WARNING..LONG POST.. I came to Centracare Olathe twice in one week with a cough and sore throat. I was treated great and sent home with a prescription for an antibiotic. After 7 days I was getting worse, not better-terrible cough, breathing issues and fatigue . As a Registered Nurse myself I thought I was overrracting, self diagnosing etc.. I thought “I’m just being neurotic, I eventually will get better. “ However, by mid morning I could barely catch a breath from coughing so hard and so frequently. My experience with Andrea & the PA were great as well as the rest of the staff. I have now been to this facility a couple of times & every time, it’s been a great experience!!
I have unfailingly received splendid care from the medical professionals at the Olathe CentraCare location. I highly recommend the online appointment registration, as it eliminates a lengthy waiting room occupation.
