I have been to College Park Family Care for over 10 years. I've always been treated respectfully and with care. Probably like most provider groups, they always seem a little rushed but I have always been taken care of and they don't press on things I do not want to do such as pressing hard on all the vaccinations. They recommend them but if I say no, they respect that.
The staff is so friendly. They answer all questions without hesitation. I never feel rushed . I have never had to wait past my appointment time. Whenever I see my physician ( Deborah Aldridge) she is so pleasant and explains everything that needs to be taken care of. I recommend College Park Family Care to everyone.
Although I was a little late to my appointment, the wait time was not bad at all. The nurse that works with Dr. Lambert was very friendly engaging in the conversation very nice and patient and also Dr. Lambert herself was very nice. I felt like she cared about my concerns and was patient and willing to hear me out upon my very first visit to establish care, also her bedside manner was excellent, thank you.
