During calls with many other companies, the sense of 'we will only talk to the man of the house' was very prevalent. Talking to locals & even strangers in grocery stores, someone mentioned S&S. I can understand why they are hidden gem in NWKS!!
S&S is the only company I found who spoke to me like a human, made sure all my inspection concerns were met, and went above and beyond in details & photos. He is very knowledgeable in his skills, and looks at everything with a keen eye, and backs up what he finds with evidence and education.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from their inspector: Shaelum Barnett. He was very thorough, detailed, professional, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, gave succinct yet easily understandable answers. Was very easy to work with for the short time I was able to meet with him and was very personable.I highly recommend him as he was incredibly more informative than the inspector I used for my previous house from a different company. Mr. Barnett seemed to truly care about his profession and ensuring that I have the information to make sound decisions.Thank you S & S!
