I cannot say enough amazing things about my deep tissue massage with Amy at Essentials. I went in with severe back pain, knots literally the size of golf balls, and pain that radiated to my skull causing constant headaches. On top of that, I had been carrying an incredible amount of stress.
Amy was truly incredible. She was attentive, intuitive, and incredibly skilled. She knew exactly where the problem areas were and worked through them with just the right amount of pressure. By the end of the session, my pain was significantly relieved, my muscles felt looser than they have in a long time, and I felt genuinely relaxed and reset.
