Cody Broadhurst is the worst Barber in this entire town and can't cut hair nor trim beards either!!! I was extremely worried about him and Laci refused to allow me to come see him!!! Now He's asking do you cuss??? Does he Cuss??? Not my fault he left Cuts For Christ Barber Shop!!! I do not feel comfortable here with the extreme behavior of others here and all the cussing!! I don't know where he learned to cut hair unevenly!!! He's never cut my hair or beard the way I want, he ignores people's calls etc!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Kent Jost and he and his team have surpassed my expectation having worked with my insurance company, my tenant and the roof was replaced with excellent quality and service. They're not the cheapest but I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend their services to anyone needing roof work without headache and runaround. Definitely 5 stars!!!

Dr. Giefer is incredible. Not only has she taken great care of me during pregnancy and birth, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. All of the nurses and staff at NMC birthing center are great, too! I highly recommend having your baby at NMC.

During a thunderstorm, a fallen tree limb poked a hole in my roof letting rain run into my house. I called a number of roofing companies but only one responded. My thanks to Gordon of Roofing Services Unlimited in Newton, Kansas, for juggling his crazy workload and traveling nearly 50 miles (I am in Emporia, Kansas) to help me before more rain came that would cause more interior damage to my house. A great company to do business with.

HANDS DOWN the BEST place in Newton for a cut or color. I had red permanent color in my hair and Erin went above and beyond to get me the shade of blond I wanted. It looks so natural and fits my personality so well. I am thoroughly impressed with her creativity and skill when it comes to cutting hair and color. Make sure she styles you before you go, because she is the ULTIMATE! My hair has NEVER looked so good!!!!!

Been going here on and off since I was 13. One of the best places for a haircut and for color if your feeling adventurous have done multiple colors and looks and not bad prices. Also good for guys with long hair! I face the same issue with people over cutting because I’m a male and not listening to what just a trim is lol. Great service and support local businesses!

I'm very displeased at what happened the last time that I went. I admit that I don't know much about nails, but I'm pretty sure that the lady that did my nails thought I was just a dumb blonde with money. There is a little known trick that makes clients need to come back sooner for a fill. Usually it's about two weeks but this hack will send you back in one. If they run the drimmel along your cuticles after the acrylics are complete, you will need to come back within a week for a fill. I always tip well, and by well I mean 20 dollars and up. I know times are hard, but I didn't expect to be so misjudged or to be taken advantage of.

I went in to schedule a perm for my 13 year old. I was greeted with a friendly stylist and quickly got me an appointment for my son.
He was trying to talk me in to it for over a month and he finally succeeded. Needless to say, I was pretty reluctant. He wanted a fade on bottom with curly hair on top.
Within 5 days of coming in, it was the day. Once again we were greeted by friendly stylists and had a very short wait until he was in the chair.
Wathing Gina and the stylists interact with their customers was such a pleasure. Also seeing the process of a perm was pretty cool.
I must say I was %1000 satisfied with the end result. Watching the huge smile on my sons face as he looked at himself was priceless.
I reccomend Gina's hair Studio for Anyone!!!

Made an appointment for my daughters haircut, decided to to get my hair done as well. I've had the same cut since I was in high-school, i decided to switch it up. The stylist was absolutely amazing! She actually spoke to my daughter and explained what she was doing. My daughter is a little delayed, so we haven't had a stylist really bother being this kind to her. it was an amazing experience all around.
We have used Star Drain a few times for maintenance and they have been great every time. I do however have to give the biggest shout out to Chris! He has been out twice in the past few years for maintenance. He was ON TIME, polite and so respectful both times, he answered ALL my questions with a smile. His knowledge was priceless to us historical home owners.
