Thank you for a fantastic job! I love the new furnace and humidifier! The installation looks great and everyone was wonderful to work with. They stayed til 8 to make sure we had heat before they left. Thanks again Roger!!
I had plumbing work done. The tech fixed my issues, but the bill was outrageous. The parts were double the amount my research showed they should have been, and the labor cost was just an amount, not a breakdown of hours and dollar amount. When I tried to dispute the bill, I was ridiculed and told I needed to pay, or I would be charged interest. Not happy.
The technician seemed to know exactly what the problem was and within 30 minutes had my furnace up and running again. I'll definitely be calling them again for any future services.Service: Heating system maintenance
