I highly recommend Mulvane Animal Clinic for their good ol fashion service. I've been using them for 15 years and my parents used them before that. The only issue is that I've had to wait hours to get in.... in fact, this happens no matter what time I come in. I think they need to expand or they're going to start losing customers. I know when I come to take the whole day off..

I have two birddogs, and anyone who knows birddogs, knows they are frequently sick or injured because they run big. Well, about a year ago today one of my dogs became very ill; lethargic, anorexic, sensitive in his hind quarter and spine, and knuckling his toes. We went to one vet in Wichita, then two specialty vets in KC, and then finally to Mulvane Animal Clinic on recommendation from a colleague. Dr. Smith ran some basic, conservative testing and asked a lot of questions. Then, he decided to take an x-ray on a hunch that something might have been wrong with my dog's spine. Well, he was right.
