I simply cannot recommend The Flood Team highly enough. They stepped in to help us with our basement when no other company could. They were friendly, professional and immediately helped us with water and mold mitigation when our sump pump failed and allowed water into our basement. Thor with The Flood Team came out on the afternoon of Christmas Eve because our library had a burst pipe. He stayed until all the water was vacuumed up and got the fans and dehumidifiers in place. I think he was here until 8 or 9pm! We were lucky to find a company that was available and willing to work on Christmas Eve, because the high humidity would have ruined our collection of books if it had sat over the weekend.Thor was very professional, answering all my questions and guiding us through the process. We had a water break on Christmas Eve night. We called 20+ places and everyone was backed up for 3+ days. Thor reached out on Christmas Day and told us he’d be out first thing the following morning.
