My wife called me on the phone after your employee Rick left our residence yesterday. She told me he was amazing and came in cleared out the drain and was all packed up in 45mins. Very knowledgeable and friendly and extremely professional. I wanted to pass this along and we have had some difficult situations with other plumbing companies but RICK was very instrumental in helping us make our decision to use KB Complete for our future plumbing needs! THANKS RICK…oh and the lady who took my call and order plus contacting me after an opening occurred same day of order being placed-SUPER COOL on that customer service portion of our experience-thank you again
We have had good experiences with their products and the quality of their work. Scheduling has been a breeze too. Since it’s a bigger company, prices are a little higher than smaller ones, but they have reliable warranties. They have good suggestions for unique house situations and can quote different packages for different budget ranges.
They were able to get me in a day early! I got a call that they were on their way 20 minutes out. Rick was professional and respectful of property. Will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you!
