    I've been practicing yoga with Coach Jen for over three years now, and I can honestly say that she's the reason I keep coming back. Each session leaves me feeling great, physically and mentally, and I'm constantly amazed at how much I've grown in my practice under her guidance. Coach Jen has a wonderful way of tailoring each session to the individual, and her expertise and passion for yoga are apparent in everything she does. She creates a welcoming, supportive environment that encourages growth and exploration, and I always leave feeling energized and inspired. I can't imagine practicing with anyone else - Coach Jen is truly a gift to the yoga community.

    I came to yoga in my late 30s because of an old shoulder injury. Jen’s Thursday class introduced me to breath, balance and form. After taking her class for over 10 years I came to her for personal training. I had come out of Covid with hip dysplasia and 10 extra pounds. She guided me through the physical therapy and healing that my body needed every week with a personal training session. That was two years ago (I am 51 now) and I have never felt better.
