“I was called within 24 hours to schedule a service that occurred 2 days later after I spent 2 weeks looking for an electrician who would call me back or perform the service before 2 weeks down the road. Jacob showed up after I was informed he could be there 2 hours prior to his scheduled time. He cut off electricity to an outlet on an island I wanted to remove, and replaced an outlet that was bad on the outside. This last service was not scheduled.“
