Actually I recommend all of the above. What an amazing job she does! I’m never disappointed .
I have so many places that hurt and when she gets into those muscles you know relief is coming.
I almost fell asleep this time. ? Just tell her what the problem is and she’ll and she’ll work it out.
It might take a couple times if you’re new, but so worth it. ♥️
