I'm not one to lend much time to reviews, but after a recent experience, I feel I owe it to this company to give them the recognition they deserve. We have an elderly neighbor who does not have family in the vicinity. She called McCarty Mechanical Inc. because her air conditioner quit working. This occurred right during the recent heat wave. The technician carefully explained the next steps to her and gave her a written quote. She identified me as someone that they could speak with in order to further explain the process. Our daughter has medical complications, so when our A/C went out on a 90 degree day we were panicking. We called a local company to come out to diagnose the problem. Within 20 minutes they said we needed a $1,700 repair or to replace both our A/C and furnace units. The sales manager came out and promptly tried to sell us a $6,000 unit. That is a massive amount of money, especially for an unexpected unit. We decided to get a second opinion and called McCarty Electrical. We have been doing business with McCarty Mechanical for about 20yrs. They are dependable, honest and very knowledgeable about recommending the best HVAC system for your home or office. They respond quickly in emergencies and the office staff is helpful with offering suggestions before sending out a technician. Highly recommend McCarty Mechanical!
