Transmission on my Nissan failed, which is not a fun thing to deal with because of the cost and time it takes. They got me a quote and gave me an estimated timeline. The price was right around the rest of the shops I called and they included a warranty for the transmission. And said they could get it done in a few days. Brenden was my service rep and he was great, kept me updated on my car and was polite the whole time.

I recently traded in my vehicle for a larger SUV for our family and had a great experience with Infiniti of Kansas City. Tim was our salesperson and made the entire process straightforward and low stress. The deal itself was fair and truly painless.

Finalizing everything in the finance office was refreshingly quick with no aggressive sales pitches or pressure. Even months after the purchase, Tim has remained just as responsive and helpful as day one.

Top notch service when servicing your car, very nice waiting room with very good tasting mocha coffee machine , always excellent customer service by the check in staff and you know they’re cars pretty much run forever with min maintenance , win win !
