Had a new nail tech this past week and was not impressed with him. He tore one of my nails, then charged me to fix it. I have 3 nails that have something under the polish and you can see it. I reached out to the salon with no response. I have never had any issues in the past couple of years of going to this salon. I am just disappointed with this experience, this time!!

Top notch nail techs. Very nice all around. I won’t give my techs name but she is worth every penny.
ETA: my usual tech is back from vacation and he did NOT disappoint ?
Requested style: I always get a time consuming design but they never complain. I really appreciate how accommodating they are.
Specialties: Amazing at making your nails look like the pictures. Top notch hand painted designs
Cleanliness: Super clean.

I've been going here for over a year, and have always been pleased. I just got Kansas City Chiefs nails, and am so very happy!!! He did a wonderful job just looking at a picture on my phone.
