Had an issue with my wellpump motor goin capoot (Motor was probably older then me). I've used them for several years and I always bring them uncommon cases :). They always deliver. The pump they ordered was on backorder for two different places so it took awhile to get here. The phone operator she was patient with us. Once the part came the whole crew showed up(guessing) , took the wellpump from underground and replaced it. They upgraded a few pieces as well to make sure I don't call soon ;)Good news is I have my taxes coming in to pay them since it wasn't a small job. Thanks for the save.

I have relied on Jim's plumbing for several years now over multiple homes and they've always been very accommodating. However, they are a very busy crew so always make sure to get a time scheduled so your problem can be addressed.

These guys literally were so quick. I had frozen pipes and no water coming through bc it got below negative Temps. And with 4 kids that's a no go for us. Took less than 30 mins to thaw out the pipes and keeps me from having a bigger problem. Thank you so very much!!!!
