I came for deep tissue massage (amazing!) and stayed for beginner and restorative yoga. All of the instructors are fantastic and they are intentional about creating a sense of community that is fun, safe and empowering. 🫶🏻 Elysium Studios!

Grace and her staff are amazing. The ambiance and professionalism is great. The studio is very clean and relaxing. Grace is very educated and experienced, warm and empathetic. Amazing all around!

What a gem to find in my travels! Great instructor and peaceful studio. Everyone was so friendly on my drop-in visit to SD. Would recommend this studio to all. This community is lucky to have such a great space.
