Our range from the 80s had finally broken. We went to Otts to take a look, and they had several options to choose from. We got exactly what we were looking for! They delivered it the next day. They were extremely kind and did a wonderful job!

Had some communication issues at first but this is largely due to my work schedule not coinciding with theirs. So far they've stepped up to the plate and have ensured I'm keeping cool with this hot weather until I get a permanent system in place.

I do not like the choices I have in Seneca so Ott Electric have been very good to us and there prices are fair.
