ran out of siding so they used a plastic channel and flat gutter aluminum as far as I can tell. I can see light around doors when they are closed. when doors are closed I am unable to use the deadbolt. addressed this with Tony. No real resolve. he tried to file away the strike plate which did nothing but weaken the security of my home. I tried to hold my tounge for far to long. if Tony was on site during the project maybe it would have been better. the crew he had at the time needed direction but instead were left to do subpar work.

Wildcat Guttering is who we call for virtually all of our remodeling projects in Manhattan. Tony started the current project as soon as the former tenants moved out and worked on the house while it was being shown to prospective tenants. Being absentee landlords, we made numerous decisions over the phone and have no doubt they were carried out. His experience allowed us to leave most of the decisions up to him without any fear of substandard work. This is as close to hassle free as it gets and prices are reasonable. We already have him scheduled for another kitchen remodel after the students leave for the summer.

Contacted them in July about having some work done. After leaving several messages I finally got a return call. Tony came by and provided a quote for the work and told me they would do the work in October. They did not show up in October and did not return several messages left. I cought some of their workers in December on a nearby job and they got back with me the next week to do the work. They wrapped some facia and replaced some gutter corners for me. Two of the six corners replaced started leaking at first rain event. They came back to repair but said they could not guaranty the repairs. When I first contacted them Tony said they had a better corner than the ones I had, but while the installers were there they told me they were replacing with the same kind of corner. Bottom line is we are no better off with the new corners. The new corners did not fit quite right and is noticeable at each connection. They did not replace all corners rsquested but my bill was $80 more than the quote of $4 per foot of wrap and $20 per corner replaced. Update: Tony agreed the overcharge was a communication mistake and has indicated he would refund the overcharge.

Tony and his workers have done several projects on rental property for me. Everything from siding, windows, and doors, he has done an excellent job. Highly recommend. Quality work at an affordable price!

Definitely 5 stars. I had a difficult project in 2017 that required coordination with the city, uncooperative tenants, a very old house and garage, extensive repair, fixing other contractor's mistakes, and several modifications as different problems were encountered.
Tony finished the project on time and within budget . I had to trust him with hundreds of small decisions (as
I was out of state) and he would always coordinate the big decisions and give great advice.
