While we waited, she showed me all of Sun Tan City’s new services and offerings and was friendly, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to throughout the process.

Even though it was well past closing time, she never once made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. She resolved everything, documented the details for management to make future visits seamless, and even let me know when she’d be working again in case I wanted the extra reassurance.
