“I truly can’t say enough great things about my experience. It had been almost five years since I last had a membership, and in that time I got married and changed my last name. Unfortunately, that led to a mix-up with my account and created duplicate profiles.
I walked in just 30 minutes before closing and explained the situation to Court, who was absolutely incredible. She took the time to understand the issue, contacted customer service, and worked through what definitely wasn’t a quick fix. While we waited, she showed me all of Sun Tan City’s new services and offerings and was friendly, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable to talk to throughout the process.
Even though it was well past closing time, she never once made me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. She resolved everything, documented the details for management to make future visits seamless, and even let me know when she’d be working again in case I wanted the extra reassurance.
