I truly can’t say enough great things about my experience. It had been almost five years since I last had a membership, and in that time I got married and changed my last name. Unfortunately, that led to a mix-up with my account and created duplicate profiles.
I walked in just 30 minutes before closing and explained the situation to Court, who was absolutely incredible. She took the time to understand the issue, contacted customer service, and worked through what definitely wasn’t a quick fix. I am just starting there but Molly was very helpful and explained everything to my satisfaction. I'll be tanning for an upcoming river cruise so I'm excited to not be the lightest person on the boat. Ha
The staff at Suntan City were professional and very kind. I am pleased to know that I have finally found a place that has anti-aging and teeth whitening services in the same place.
