The eye exam was very thorough. I was impressed with the time and care that was taken. However, the customer service was very disappointing. I would not recommend using them when purchasing either glasses or contacts.

I ordered 2 pair of glasses after 3 weeks I still don't have any glasses. I call and am told we'll check into it and call you back. Never returned their calls. They did call and inform me the nose bridge I ordered was in. I ordered pair not a piece and if they had truly looked into the 1st time they said they would I would have my glasses by now. After being lied to on numerous occasions I won't be back

We had a great first experience at Eye Care Associates! My 11 year old daughter had never been to the eye doctor before and when we left she said "I thought that could be awful but it was actually fun and interesting!" Dr. Matthew Stanley patiently explained things to her step by step and he was very kind. She also noticed how he directed the conversation to her as the patient even tho she is only 11 and didn't just speak around her to me, her Mom. That meant a lot to her. I also appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase our eyewear there and he gave us a copy of our prescription at the end.
