10/10 in every way. I’ve been to MasonWells multiple times and each visit everyone is so kind and welcoming. I’m a big fan of the Hydrotherapy lounge, it’s become my designated “me” time and it’s always so relaxing. I’ve also had a facial and a massage, and really enjoyed both experiences. I feel like the “little things” mean a lot and in the women’s bathroom/changing area they provide hair ties, body lotion, pads/tampons, literally anything you could need to make your visit as convenient as possible. Love this place!!

Melissa at MasonWells is nothing short of amazing. She's very sweet and easy to talk to. She makes you feel comfortable and eases any worry you might have. 20/10. Ask for Melissa if you visit, she does not disappoint.

Smooth experience from booking until walking out the door! Upscale yet unpretentious. I appreciate the private waiting area and the staff checking in about my needs for the time I was there. Went for a massage and will return!
