Whenever I go to Ulta in Manhattan. All the associates are always helpful. One associate in particular, Luke is awesome. Every time he gets me together, he matches my color to perfection. He gives options of the best way to apply the make up and which makeup tools to use. He also suggests great perfume scents as well. Thank you Luke
I went into knowing nothing and feeling overwhelmed and Averie T came and helped me, and it was also the end of her shift(and I had no idea) she was patient, kind, helpful, and knowledgeable.
I want to just say this: I'm a first time mom and I'm over 30. I haven't bought real makeup products in a long time and I was really nervous going in the store. I was looking for cleansers for my face first and Caitlin approached me. She asked if I needed help and once I told her I needed a Skin care regime AND a whole new makeup routine she got busy. She was so sweet and she knew her stuff. She took the time to help me with skin care and then took me to her station and helped me learn new tricks for foundation application.
