MY LIFE CHALLENGE: I required an urgent surgery for total knee replacement the first week of January. New Year’s Eve – I needed a new furnace. I live about 20 miles north of Manhattan, in a rural area. I received immediate communication after first emailing M&S, followed by phone, followed by on-site evaluation, followed by scheduling installation (furnace, roof modification & roof jack, outside A/C box & connection, thermostat). I’d not be home for the project installation, I’d be elsewhere laid up from surgery. My written instructions to help project technicians were followed to the letter, and days after surgery I returned home with a furnace purring like a dream. Two weeks later, the historic winter storm that hit the entire nation dumped 8 inches of snow where I live. I was cozy in my home and recovering well – huge thanks to the kind-hearted professionals at M&S; all of them experts, from admin to technical site-consultants to technicians and supervisors. We were having a leak we couldn’t figure out and they had availability so they came out. They were not only able to figure out the issue but also resolved a couple other plumbing issues we had in the process. They were fantastic to work with. Pricing was fair and transparent and they did great work.
I just bought a home and moved back to Manhattan Kansas. M & S plumbing took care of the previous owner so I had them come out for my yearly heater servicing since they already had the records on that and the AC. Scott was the one that came and he was such a great person. He even checked out what was making that horrible rattling noise in my attic and above my office. I asked him so many questions about filters, gas smells, and on and on and he patiently answered every single one. Great customer service! It's so nice to have pleasant people nowadays. I'm sticking with them and signed the service agreement!
