Isaiah is 10/10. He was not only knowledgeable, competent, and thorough, but also delightful. He assessed the situation and had it fixed faster and more smoothly than I could have hoped for. He also went above and beyond to help put things back together after the chaos of the initial problem. If all of Bob’s technicians are half as good as Isaiah, you’ll be in good hands.I can’t speak directly to Bob’s pricing (it’s a rental), but I will say that if our landlord favors this company then it must be cost effective.We were especially grateful for the same-day service! All in all: would recommend.

I was very happy with them. They were able to get someone right out and it did not take long for our problem to be solved. All staff I worked with were very friendly and knowledgeable. They had no problem in wearing a mask when I requested due to a autoimmune compromised house member.
