I took mat pilates and it was great! I learned a lot and the class was structured well and the instructors are super nice! I hadn’t done pilates before, but they make it super easy to learn the movements and skills to be successful and become stronger. I have done reformer here too and it was awesome as well!

I took hot pilates with Caroline and honestly really enjoyed the class. I learned a lot more than I expected. Not just about workouts but also about posture, breathing, body alignment, and how connected mental and physical wellness are. I feel like I’m leaving the class with things I can actually use in everyday life, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to improve their overall wellness.

I’ve taken classes with Sydney, Caroline, and Hillary and they were each amazing instructors. After taking classes consistently for the last few weeks and ive never felt stronger!
