I had gone to wainwright before with no issues. So I was going to go back when I needed an eye exam and new prescriptions for glasses and contacts. I was a bit surprised that I had to schedule an appointment about 2 weeks ahead, but I did so figuring it won't be too bad to postpone it a little bit, even though admittedly I'd let postpone past the recommended due time. A few days before the appointment I got a message from them to call in and confirm, and make sure they had the right info.
