We absolutely love this place! My 4 year old looks forwarding to go and see the “glasses” place. The doctors and staff are friendly and professional every visit we have so far.

Dr. Stanley is great at what he does. I was previously a patient here ten years before he took over and he still had all of my records when I moved back to Manhattan. He has embraced a more technological approach, which makes the exam process better, quicker, and easier. Recently I've seen that he is unafraid to acknowledge when something is outside of his experience and should be referred to someone with more expertise. All in all, I'm very happy with my experience here.

Every experience has been great. The office has super high tech for performing eyesight evaluations with patients. They have a lot of equipment that I had not seen in towns two to three times the size of MHK.
Assisting staff are attentive and caring. The front desk and sales team take their time with you concerning lens purchasing, and also offer complimentary lens cleaning solution. Their prescription lens options are also extensive.
I've been seeing Dr. Genare Woofter for my visits. He takes his time and really offers personalized attention. It felt like no time had passed between yearly visits; he remembered every detail from the previous visit. He also makes himself available to talk over results technicalities/science with patients as much as you'd like to go. I really appreciate his overall composure and thoroughness as an optometrist.

My family sees Dr Woofter. He takes his time to answer every question and always makes my kiddos feel comfortable during the exam. Even when our toddler is being a turd not wanting to cooperate. We will continue coming here for care! The entire office staff is so welcoming. Highly recommend!

Dr Woofter is wonderful! Our Family uses him for myself as well as our little ones! Each time we see him he is very professional and thorough. He takes the time to answer any and all questions and is incredibly knowledgeable kind and patience. Dr. Woofter and the team were very nice. However, I wish I had been informed upfront about the procedure that isn't covered by insurance. I only learned about it when the staff member returned after taking my credit card. I even mentioned to him that the lady who performed my exam didn’t mention it at all. Previously, they would ask if I wanted to undergo that procedure and provide information or options.

Eye exam went well, but service is terrible. It has been over 3 weeks since I ordered my glasses. I called them after two weeks without glasses, and they told me that the glasses had shipped. Four days later I called to find out if the glasses had arrived, and they told me that they shipped just that morning. In other words, they lied about being shipped earlier. Further, they sent the glasses through snail mail instead of Fedex, and will not arrive for another three days. What were they thinking? If the glasses actually do arrive, it will be nearly four weeks after the original order. If the prescription is not exactly correct, I will demand a refund and will purchase the glasses elsewhere, which has to be better than waiting another four weeks from this outfit. I will never buy glasses from them again. UPDATE: It has now been over a month and still no glasses. I need to go to another place to get glasses because I can no longer go without. Do NOT go here for glasses.
