Basement flooded with sewage on a Sunday night. The 24 hour service call taker was amazing and sent someone out first thing the next morning. Lancelot Ponder did an excellent job. He was extremely helpful and personable. Fixed the issue quickly!

De Hart puts so much heart in to their work that their tech Hunter stayed on our site until 7:30pm to get the air conditioning up and running for the 40 youth campers in the building - what a rockstar with an incredible work ethic and commitment. Our technician, Hunter, identified our AC issue with the compressor not starting. Hunter did a thorough diagnostic and fixed the problem. He was professional and explained the problem. Having the VIP membership is well worth the investment.
