Misty at the front desk was very thorough with her intake questions and updating me on my cat. Dr. White was also very helpful in answering all my questions, reading charts/foreign records, and recommending a treatment plan. Everyone was very kind and helpful in person and over the phone. Overall good pricing and understanding of budget constraints and scheduling. I was able to get squeezed in same day before I left town. I will be a return customer with all my animals, very happy to find a vet office I trust in my new town!

I recently took my cat Cleo to Candlewood Veterinary Clinic for her annual exam, and I couldn't be more impressed with the care she received. Nancy and Misty from the client care team greeted me warmly and knew Cleo’s details without even needing to check her chart. Their experience and dedication really show in the personal attention they give to each pet, making the entire process smoother and more personal.

As always, a pet visit to Candlewood was a great experience. The vet techs are wonderful, the desk manager is wonderful, the vets are wonderful & all of them have helped me through some very difficult times. They work very hard to provide excellent care for both your pet and the pet parent. The addition of acupuncture to the practice has been life-changing for my pet: he is no longer in pain, is able to go for walks, is happy again.
