Went here for a few years before my cat died, the staff handled everything with grace and care. They made a very sad day more bearable and I received a card from them later on with each staff members signature. I really appreciated their kindness and professionalism. They light a candle in the lobby when someone loses a pet and it was very comforting.
5 STAR TEAM. First of all I was very sad to be leaving this incredible veterinary clinic. During my time here all staff were incredibly friendly with my giant breeds Odin & Thor. I appreciated the call in service during the COVID era.
My furry kids have not been patients of theirs for over 3 years and I had to call about getting paperwork signed by their Vet and snail mailed to me in order to get my kids to Hawaii. They went above and beyond, I’m so grateful to them! Thank you to the receptionist team and Dr. Alice Waters!
